In accordance with the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) preventive controls for Human Food Rules (21 CFR 117.136), Food in Bulk notifies you that the product you are receiving is a raw product from agricultural sources. It is reasonable to assume that it may contain microorganisms of public health significance and has not been subjected to validated interventions to eliminate this hazard. As required by the regulation, the product must undergo validated preventive controls to eliminate the identified hazard before it is deemed safe for consumption.
Products labeled or described as "Raw" carry the following warning: “WARNING: THIS PRODUCT IS A RAW OR UNDERCOOKED FOOD PRODUCT (1) THAT IS NOT SAFE TO CONSUME AS IS, (2) MAY CONTAIN HARMFUL PATHOGENS THAT CAN CAUSE SERIOUS ILLNESS IF CONSUMED AS IS, AND (3) MUST BE FURTHER COOKED OR PROCESSED TO KILL SUCH ILLNESS-CAUSING PATHOGENS BEFORE IT IS SAFE TO CONSUME.” LexUnder Inc. only sells such raw products upon the buyer’s receipt and acknowledgment of this explicit warning. LexUnder Inc. hereby disclaims any warranties for the raw product and shall not be liable for any issues related to the purchase, receipt, storage, handling, use, resale, or recall of the raw product by the buyer, its customers, or consumers.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Time: Most orders received before 3:00 PM EST will ship no later than the next business day, provided the ordered product is in stock. Orders received after 3:00 PM EST will ship no later than the second business day. Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays.
Please note, however, that we only guarantee the shipment will be fulfilled and handed over to the carrier within two business days of placing your order.
Shipping times vary based on the recipient's zip code and country. Please refer to the estimated delivery time provided when you place your order and provide your address.
We do not offer overnight shipping. During holidays, delivery times are not guaranteed as shipping carriers are beyond our control.
We utilize FedEx, USPS, UPS, and Amazon Shipping. Our shipping department determines the carrier based on the package weight and your zip code.
If you have a carrier preference, please indicate it in the Additional Notes field during checkout. While we will try to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee it.
We cannot guarantee the exact arrival date of your order. Estimated shipping or transit times provided by Food To Live or third parties should be considered as estimates only. We recommend placing your order promptly to avoid delays due to shipping or product availability.
